Locations will be agreed prior to the day of the shoot. 

When we book models for our own projects

Shoots will only take place at the prearranged location. Should the location be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control on the day of the shoot then the model will be given the choice of an alternative location if one is available and acceptable to the model or cancellation of the booking in which case the model will be reimbursed for one hours work plus travel expenses. 

Third-party bookings

It is our intention to take every step possible to protect our models therefore last minute location changes are not generally acceptable to us except in extreme circumstances. If the agreed location is not available then we reserve the right to cancel the booking at our discretion. If we have arranged the location then there will be no cost to the client, if the location is the client's then a cancellation fee will be due to the model for one hours work plus travel expenses.
